At Nostalgic Detail, we strive to provide the highest quality detailing services and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we cannot guarantee perfect results every time. Therefore, we have a limited liability policy in place to protect our customers and our business.

Our limited liability policy states that our shop will not be responsible for any damages that are caused by improper care following the detailing service, or for any damages that are caused by the customer’s attempt to restore vehicle parts that are outside the scope of our detailing services.

We also are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to a customer’s vehicle that was not detected prior to the detailing service. We do our best to inspect every vehicle before starting a job, but sometimes we may not be aware of certain damage until after the service has been completed.

At Nostalgic Detailing, we are committed to providing outstanding customer service with quality results. We take all measures necessary to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their service. However, our limited liability policy is in place to protect both our customers and our business.
